Products
We sell The Quiet Reset, The Gentle Table and The Quiet Evening as English-language PDF ebooks. The Quiet Living Collection includes all three. Product pages describe their current contents and prices.
No printed book or physical device is included. Phones and tablets in promotional images are for illustration. PDF reading requires a compatible viewer, sufficient device storage and an internet connection for delivery. Pages use US Letter size and can be printed on A4 using suitable Fit to page settings. Worksheets support printing or annotation in a compatible PDF app; they do not contain interactive form fields.
Orders and payment
Checkout is provided through Shopify. The price, currency and applicable taxes or charges are shown before you commit to payment. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Review your products and checkout email carefully before paying.
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue order confirmation. If confirmation or payment fails, contact us for assistance. We do not guarantee absolute payment security or additional insurance merely because checkout uses Shopify.
Delivery
Following payment confirmation, your purchased ebooks are sent to the email address entered at checkout within two minutes, as stated in our delivery offer. The message may provide the files or secure download access. Check spam or junk folders if it has not appeared. If delivery is late or a link fails, email hello@quietwithyuki.com; this does not remove your remedies for non-delivery.
Immediate delivery during a statutory withdrawal period requires any consent and acknowledgement mandated by applicable law. If you do not select immediate delivery where that choice is required, the checkout must explain the alternative delivery timing before you pay.
We provide order confirmation and applicable contractual information in a durable form, such as email. Save a personal copy of your purchased files. We do not promise perpetual hosted download access.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase gives you a nonexclusive, nontransferable licence to use the files personally. You may read them on your devices, retain personal backup copies and print pages for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense or commercially reproduce the files, or remove rights notices. Uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected. Purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
Educational use
The ebooks contain Japanese-inspired reflections, general recipes and everyday practices. They are educational and do not provide personalised medical, nutrition, psychological or other professional advice, or guarantee health outcomes. Adapt activities to your circumstances, check ingredient labels and follow appropriate food-safety guidance. Seek a qualified professional for health concerns. This does not limit rights relating to inaccurate descriptions or defective content.
Refunds and complaints
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms and includes our voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee. For complaints, contact hello@quietwithyuki.com. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain available.
Website use and feedback
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or misuse another customer's order. Any response to misuse must respect applicable law and existing customer rights.
Reader feedback is published only with permission through the actual feedback process. Contacting support does not automatically permit public use of your name, photo or message.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We do not apply a blanket exclusion of responsibility for delivery or conformity of the purchased files.
Subject to mandatory rules, these terms are governed by Japanese law. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections applicable to a customer in their country of habitual residence where those protections apply. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law; consumers do not waive protected local court rights.
Changes
Revised terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively reduce rights acquired under an accepted order. Keep the confirmation and terms supplied with your purchase.
