Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to feel comfortable choosing the collection. If an ebook is not right for you, email hello@quietwithyuki.com within 14 calendar days of purchase to request a full refund of the price paid for that item. No reason is required under this voluntary guarantee. The guarantee remains available even if you have downloaded the PDF.
The guarantee applies to individual ebooks and The Quiet Living Collection. A bundle refund covers the complete bundle at the amount you paid for it; it does not create a separate refund equal to each book's individual list price. Statutory remedies for a problem affecting part of a bundle remain available where applicable.
How to request a refund
Email hello@quietwithyuki.com with your order reference and the email used at checkout. If you cannot find the reference, contact us with enough information to locate your purchase. Please do not send full payment-card details.
We will process qualifying guarantee refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. We do not charge a refund-processing fee.
After a refunded order is canceled, we may remove associated download access. Please stop using the refunded files and delete personal copies, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Download or content problems
If a file is missing, corrupted, incorrect or not as described, contact us. We will investigate and provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include correct delivery, a price reduction or a refund. These rights are separate from our voluntary guarantee and may continue after its 14-day period.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Where applicable, EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a qualifying distance contract. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, that statutory right may be lost when supply begins only where applicable requirements are met, including prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of loss of the right and the required contract confirmation. Simply labelling a product digital does not remove those rights.
Even where the statutory withdrawal exception lawfully applies, our voluntary 14-day guarantee above remains available. Other mandatory consumer protections are unaffected.
